I spent the day in London at the weekend and again was so impressed with all the Christmas decorations and the variety of goods for sale to entice us to buy for our loved ones and friends. I also experienced the shoving and pushing and lack of apologies from people who are just too busy to say sorry! Wouldn't it be great if this Christmas we can give the gift of consideration and kindness with either a kind deed or a kind word - it won't cost anything but can make a world of difference!
