Late yesterday afternoon I had a visit from a young ex-offender who was on one of those excursions to sell over priced cleaning and houseware goods. However, this young guy looked so embarrassed and was overly apologetic for disturbing my day and troubling me to buy some of his expensive goods. I have recently been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. To me this was something that happened to other people not me; I am only 28 – well nearer 29. But it has, and I have had to work out why and also how to deal with it.
